Getting the dilution right
Both Novel HD and Novel OGR are used at 2% to 5% (20 ml to 50 ml per litre of water) depending on soil. Start at the lower end for routine cleaning and increase only for heavy soil. Overdosing leaves a film that attracts dirt and can make floors slippery, so sweep before cleaning and rinse oily floors with clean water afterwards.
Hand cleaning for workshop and maintenance staff
